Fujitsu and the Linux Foundation have launched Fujitsu’s automated machine learning and AI fairness technologies as open-source software (OSS). The projects, named “SapientML” and “Intersectional Fairness,” aim to promote innovation and accessibility in AI by engaging and building a community which promotes open source AI.
Fujitsu, as Japan’s leading AI developer, hopes to contribute to the advancement and diffusion of AI through this collaboration. The Linux Foundation, a non-profit technology consortium, approves selected technologies as OSS projects annually.
